If you are looking for a more casual exploration of physics but don't want to be reading textbooks, here are some great links to some of the sites and channels with some great content. Enjoy!
Quantum Made Simple
I love this site. Some great 3D animations to illustrate a whole host of quantum phenomena for better understanding with images.
PBS Space Time
This is an offshoot of the American documentary film company PBS. Their YouTube channel is dedicated to short but in depth discussions on astrophysics.
Sixty Symbols
This channel is also made by Brady Haran of Numberphile. Physics and astronomy videos coming out of the University of Nottingham. Simple and discussive.
Minute Physics
Another great channel. The title says it all, so make sure you've had a coffee before watching. You snooze, you lose.
Veritasium
Derek Muller has combined his love of filmmaking with his love of physics to create some very well produced videos on physics and related topics with an approachable and down to earth delivery. A much loved channel.
Smart Every Day
This is more science in general. Destin Sandlin is just so inspired and passionate about what he's sharing you can't but help love his videos.
Physics Stack Exchange
I don't know of a more complete forum on the internet. The stackexchange is a site hosting lots of communities with experts in their field. This is the one for physics. There isn't a better place to get help with something you're struggling with.
Physics Forums
Another forum but a little more on the less advanced and foemal side. An equally great place to pose questions or ask for help with work.
Why String Theory
If you're ever curious about what string theory is all about, then this is a good place to start for the layman.
